Mechanical stretch yarn is made from two kinds of different shrinkage polymers in each filament, and the yarn after heat treatment become spiral structure. It is 100% polyester, but also with the stretch ability as spandex.
The fabric is designed for the pant. We hope the pant can let you feel freedom. Therefore, the breathability, quick-drying, wrinkle resistant, and 4 way stretch are all the important factors. In addition, we also concern about the colorfastness and how to save the energy. The dyeing process of mechanical stretch fabrics are as same as 100% polyester, so it can increase the ability of colorfastness and also less water and energy used than spandex fabrics.
