Barre is a very common defect in fabrics. Many reasons may cause the fabric to appear barre such as the yarn quality, wear and tear of parts, the tension of yarn feeding, dyeing process…etc. It is an annoying problem, but sometimes it is also unavoidable especially for spandex fabrics.
The gauge of this fabric is 50G, so it has quite soft, smooth hand feel, and excellent UV protection. In addition, high spandex content also can increase your action when you do the exercise. However, high gauge means the yarn needs to be light weight denier, and it may also cause the barre to be happened easily. In order to avoid this kind of risk, we add polyester into the fabric and design stripe pattern. Let it has different visual effect and not so monotonous anymore.
